Mobility Driven / Strategy + identity + web
Make independence feel human, not clinical.
Mobility Driven helps people navigate adaptive vehicles, driving controls, and mobility solutions. The brief was explicit about the tone: comfortable, welcoming, educational, informed, and advocacy-minded — never corporate, dry, cookie-cutter, or robotic.
The assignment
Design around the person, not the equipment.
Project discovery covered families, veterans, caregivers, active customers, and people learning a new mobility landscape after major life changes. Mobility Driven’s own goal was to consult, understand lifestyle needs, educate people about options and programs, and make the next step feel manageable.
01 / Creative thesis
Start with the life someone wants to keep living.
The strongest brand idea was already inside the service model: listen first, understand the individual, then find the right fit. The design system needed to make that care visible before a salesperson ever picked up the phone.
02 / Discovery + strategy
Find the gap between national scale and local care.
Wild Monkey’s discovery archive includes project-brief interviews, audience work, competitive analysis, and category research. Competitors often emphasized products, inventory, or national footprint. Mobility Driven wanted the relationship to feel more personal: consultation, advocacy, custom fit, and ongoing service.
That difference became the strategic center of the brand rather than an afterthought buried on an About page.
03 / Identity system
Friendly without becoming soft. Technical without becoming cold.
The identity work spans brand colors, typography, iconography, logo design, and collateral. The system needed enough precision to support equipment and service information, but enough warmth to make the experience feel approachable.
That balance mattered because the brand had to speak to customers, families, caregivers, veterans, referral partners, and technicians without changing personality every time the audience changed.
04 / Web experience
Educate enough to create confidence — not paralysis.
The original brief called for useful facts, resources, available equipment and vehicle information, while intentionally leaving room for the consultation that makes Mobility Driven different. The website’s job was not to replace the conversation. It was to make that conversation easier to start.
